Get your mouth ready for hot chili, salsa, margaritas and tequila!  There are plenty of bottles of it and green and red chili peppers, too.  The green corozo buttons are handmade from the tugua palm, a very hard natural ‘green’ substance with wavy grain lines, also called ‘vegetable ivory’. 

The special buttons were made for us.  For a finished appearance, the insides of the lapels are extended 3” and the bottoms of the sleeves are lined 3”.  The collar tag has its own handwritten serial number: “#___ of 100”.  The right sleeve has a special label that you can show the people who admire your shirt: “Limited Edition of 100”.   The left sleeve has the cool-cat-in-the-car logo that exemplifies the Southern California lifestyle.
